As a manufacturer of brakes, which are critical safety components, obtaining absolute trust in quality is essential.
In building up the integrated production system that is our strength (stamping, welding, cutting, painting, and assembly), we implement strict quality checks at each step of production preparation. By incorporating quality assurance from both soft and hard perspectives and thoroughly conducting daily quality control, we realize safe and secure manufacturing.

Production Technology

Our company leverages proprietary technologies to establish a streamlined integrated production system from design to manufacturing. With plastic forming as our core technology, we combine long-cultivated expertise with CAE analysis to perform optimal process design, and by incorporating manufacturing-stage proposals from early stages, we significantly reduce the number of prototypes.
We also enable molding of complex shapes that are difficult for other companies, and demonstrate high technical capabilities in the cutting, welding, and painting fields as well. We particularly possess production technologies such as friction welding and aluminum welding, and these contribute to our company's manufacturing capabilities.
