The Sales Department functions as a kind of "pipe" connecting the customer and the company. It carefully studies all details of products requested by customers with the related internal departments before those products are commercialized. The Sales Department also gets involved in every process, from the design drawing stage right through to prototype production, testing and analysis, production process, and production scheduling, to verify that the product meets the needs of the user. At the same time, we utilize our brake manufacturing know-how accumulated over many years and our full range of manufacturing equipment to push forward proposals for new products and new systems. Proposals can take various approaches, such as modularization, cost reduction, and application of materials. Our integrated production system is particularly powerful, and its ability to deal with all volumes, from small batches to regular mass production levels, enables us to meet a wide range of demands from customers.

The Sales Department is frequent in contact with customers, and is therefore required to collect various information. This data is fed back into the company at managerial and executive meetings and inter-departmental discussions on product creation. This data exchange function is another reason why the Sales Department must take up its central position. Our company strives to share such information, accurately distributing vast amounts of data from the Sales Department both vertically and horizontally to the relevant executives and departments. This information leads to original ideas and smooth business in the future, while at the same time enhancing internal communication.
