Our R&D department is a creative section responsible for vehicle safety and moving the company towards the new era. As well as product and production technology development for creating new products, the R&D department uses its powerful production technology to incorporate environmentally friendly activities into product development, from the material procurement stage right through to manufacturing and scrapping, such as improved material selection, weight reduction, and energy and resource conservation.

Makers have a duty to ensure product quality, which itself reflects reliability.
As a manufacturer of important safety components, providing the highest level of quality is our ultimate aim. That is why we carry out multiple and detailed checks on the reliability of all our products before releasing them to the world. Our strict checks at all stages from design to production maintain a stable level of quality.
Another element in our efforts to make products that our end users can trust is the thorough analysis we carry out of customer complaints and other market data.

Several technologies such as press working, welding, cutting, coating and assmbling are used when making our products, and the integration of these technologies enables stabilized manufacture of high-quality items. This integrated production is the main pillar of our manufacturing technology, and makes our production system unique. We built this effective production system from the drawing stage, studying its efficiency, cost and all other aspects, the result of which is a production style common to all of our company's departments.
At the same time, our four factories are each provided with specific features according to products they turn out, to ensure even smoother production.
