We consider the securing of health and safety to be both a fundamental principle and a social responsibility of our company. We fully understand that the health and safety of both our Japanese and international employees is our responsibility, and we are dedicated to fulfilling our pledges of "No accidents" and "No illness", encouraging all of our managers and workers to respect others.
	We have established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), and are working to raise the level of health and safety in our company. We strictly observe the health and safety laws and company standards. We aim to provide a safe and comfortable work place, ensuring the safety of our facilities and the safe performance of operations, while eliminating hazards (risk assessment). We support the healthy and safe development of our employees through the provision of instruction in health and safety, and by requiring all of our staff to participate in certain health and safety activities. We provide the appropriate management resources in order to achieve the goals of our policy.
