Philosophy Hosei Brake Industry Co., Ltd., as a member of the AISIN group, has developed a corporate philosophy which includes the points below, and which is based on the principle of "Quality First".

    • We work to improve quality and productivity by increasing our capability for improvement, using the TPS, the TPM, and the QC as a basis.
