We acknowledge that environmental issues are an important subject concerning all members of society. We therefore aim to "coexist with our society and nature" by actively working to preserve the environment on various levels, from our local area to areas around the globe.
	As we, as a member of the AISIN group, are involved for the main part in developing and producing brake components for automobiles, we share objectives and targets regarding the preservation of the environment, and promote the continuous improvement of our environmental management system, by adhering to the following policy.
We observe environmental regulations and agreements regarding pollution prevention. We reinforce risk management procedures, such as environmental assessment, from the planning stage, and work to prevent the occurrence of environmental pollution. We perform organizational activities for the effective use of resources and energy, and reduce substances which add to the environmental burden. We design and manufacture products, with environmental issues taken into consideration from the development stage. We communicate with all employees and local residents, and make a positive commitment to the local environment and society.
